Minister Michael L. Visger – Biography
Brother Mike’s Background
• Resides in Winslow, Illinois; works as an Intake Operator.
• Runs the Shofar War Lamb Ministry, crafting shofars for affordable prices or gifting them to those called to sound the shofar.

• Aspires to travel and sound the shofar nationally and globally for spiritual purposes.
“I’d like to be able to travel around the four corners of this nation, and maybe the Lord willing one day, the four corners of the whole earth and sound the shofar of Yeshua for His Glory and call souls to Him.”
Minister Michael L. Visger
Discovery and Calling
• First encountered the shofar at Deliverance Outreach Center International, Rockford, IL.
• Inspired by a visiting member who explained the shofar as both a trumpet and a weapon of spiritual warfare.
• Felt a strong spiritual calling after watching videos by Jim Barbarossa and learning from Evangelist John Ramirez.

• He believes the shofar is a tool for spiritual warfare, praise, and binding/loosing powers as taught in Christian doctrine.
Spiritual Experiences
• He experienced the supernatural after blowing the shofar by faith, a clear opening appeared in the cloudy night sky, interpreted as a divine response, possibly releasing angels.
• He has recounted similar occurrences where the heavens seemed to open when the shofar was sounded.

Practice and Inspiration
• Developed his own unique style of sounding the shofar, seeking inspiration from God rather than imitation.
• Inspired by other shofar practitioners, notably Brian (Watchman Nehemiah 4:24), but focused on finding his personal spiritual sound.
• Practices in a rural silo, using the space as a private altar for worship and spiritual decrees, often during late-night hours.
“I work second shift, so I’ll have to go out there [the silo] at night, because that’s when it’s most convenient. Plus, it’s also the watchman hours that I believe I’m assigned to. It’s like midnight to three in the morning. So, I’ll go in there and I’ll praise the Lord.”

• Encourages persistence and faith for those struggling to master the shofar.
• Recommends entering into God’s presence through praise before sounding the shofar for a more powerful experience.
• Advises allowing God to guide every aspect of playing the instrument, from breath to hand positioning.
• Urges listeners not to be constrained by tradition or others’ opinions but to follow God’s unique calling for them.
Minister Michael’s Acknowledgements

“A special honorable mention to Pastor Paul aka ‘Shofar Maker’ for creating videos on how to make and fine tune shofars that inspired me to start making and restoring my own shofars. Thank you, Pastor Paul, may the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and your whole house and ministry enrichly.”
Minister Michael L. Visger
Final Reflections
• He stresses the importance of faith and obedience in spiritual practice.
• His recommendation for practical tips: make decrees through the shofar, sometimes speak or pray in tongues as led by faith.
• He expresses gratitude for the opportunity to serve and for the community to be gathered in worship.
Minister Michael L. Visger’s Thoughts on Unity

“We need to love one another. That’s the most important thing…is to love one another. The Word says that by loving one another that’s how every man, believer, or non-believer will know that we are disciples of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. A lot of division is in the Body. There’s a lot of murmuring and complaining about our own brothers and sisters. And all that stuff has got to go. It does…because we may be able to hide it from one another, but we can’t hide it from the Lord. He’s going to try the reigns of our hearts. So, if there is anything in you, just lay it at His feet.”
