There is an emergency in the realm of the Spirit. As we can see, there is an attack on Israel, and war has been declared, which is a clear sign that we are in the End Times. God is sending a clarion call, and a message of urgency TO ASSEMBLE AND PRAY for such a time as this.
On Sunday evening, September 24, 2023, my daughter saw something in the clouds and took a picture of it (found in the picture above). The clouds formed the shape of hands clasped together in the POSTURE OF PRAYER. God speaks in many ways and also in mysterious ways which can include the skies (“shamayim” in Hebrew). I am assured that God foresaw the troubles, storms, and dangers that were about to happen in Israel. He was sending a signal and warning us from the heavens.
He is the Revealer of Mysteries, which means “Jehovah El Gelah Raz” in Hebrew. He wants us to be sensitive to the messages He is sending us, so we can do His will. He wants to reveal His mysteries to us, but we must be in the right place and properly aligned with Him to hear His voice.
Strangely, the picture that my daughter took was in the midst of a severe storm. The storm was so bad that emergency warnings were on the news and on the radio, cautioning everyone to quickly take cover. We must know, that the only true covering is found in God alone. We must also know that everything in the natural has already happened in the Spirit. On that note, we can see that the real emergency warning was spiritual, and it goes way beyond the warnings of mankind on the radio and news alerts. The real warning came directly from the heavens, released by none other than our God who is above. Many of us may overlook or fail to recognize what He is revealing, but He wants us to be sensitive to His Spirit and the message He is releasing to us right now.
This picture was taken during the time when Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement) was being celebrated. Amazingly, this Holy Day represents a time of God sealing His judgment over the people as the Father of Creation, our provider, protector, and promise-keeper. It is also a time when the Sovereign God who judges, does so with mercy, due to the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus who has made Atonement for us. It is also symbolic of the prophetic event of Israel being drawn back to Him, the Messiah. We also just finished Sukkot which is in recognition of God being our provider and protection in the time of wilderness. He demonstrates faithfully that He is our protection and provision in the good times and bad times.
Now is the time that we will see the salvation of our God in Israel, BUT WE MUST STAY IN PRAYER and PRAY FOR RAIN over them according to Zechariah 10 and 2 Chronicles 7. With all this in mind, we must know that God is drawing His people back to Him through repentance and also through us recognizing that we are dependent on Him to save us, keep us, provide for us, and protect us. We must remember that God has all power to do all things, even the storms must cease at His command, if we call out and cry out to Him in prayer, in recognition of our need for His help to answer and rescue us. We can take cover in Him, so that He may be the tent of covering and our Sukkah, in the times of wilderness…especially for Israel for such a time as this.
When I took a closer look at the picture, I noticed that there was a silhouette of a hand reaching downwards to touch the praying hands that were faced upwards. The Spirit of God revealed something great to me through this which I would like to share with you now:
Right now, it is important that we wake up, assemble, and pray for the natural “Israel” and the “Spiritual Israel” (The Church/The Body of Christ), and the lost souls. The upward hands of prayer represent His people on earth praying to Him, in the midst of troubled times which is the storm that we are currently facing on this earth. The hand that was reaching downwards represents Him answering the prayers by touching us in agreement for that which we ask for.
Through our spiritual awakening, if we truly take heed to His call for prayer and intercession, a powerful response will take place. It will cause God Almighty, the Sovereign God, to awaken to our cry and answer our urgent call to Him, which will cause the storm to cease…if we pray. It reminds me of the disciples waking Jesus up in their distress, when they were afraid of the fierce storm that was among them.
“Soon a fierce storm came up. High waves were breaking into the boat, and it began to fill with water….the disciples woke Him up, shouting, ‘Teacher. Don’t you care that we’re going to drown?’ When Jesus woke up, He rebuked the wind and said to the waves, ‘Silence! Be still!’ suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great calm. Then He asked them, ‘Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?’ The disciples were absolutely terrified. ‘Who is this man?’ They asked each other. ‘Even the wind and waves obey Him!’”
Mark 4:37-41 NLT
Based on this scripture, we see that God will answer us if we cry out! God will rescue His people from the attacks of the enemy, and the oppression that is trying to be upon His people. But we must wake up and pray. Right now God has spoken a promise over Israel and that can be found in Zechariah 12:1-9. He will fight the enemies of Israel, and they shall be strong, because God Almighty is their God. When Israel wins, the Body of Christ wins, because Israel is the forerunner of the church. Let us lift them up in prayer, stay in the mode of repentance and be awakened in Jesus’ name!
Now is the time to wake up and blow the spiritual shofar and sound the alarm. It is God’s promise that He will remember and rescue us from our enemies. May God rescue Israel as we cry out to Him and as we release the sound of our spiritual shofar and trumpets through prayer and intercession.
“And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.”
Numbers 10:9 KJV
Amen! God has made His promise! His promises are always for sure! God will rescue them and will fight against those who fight against His chosen people.
“On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves. “
Zechariah 12:3
“Then the clans of Judah will say in their hearts, ‘The people of Jerusalem are strong, because the Lord Almighty is their God.’”
Zechariah 12:5
We believe for the victory of Israel. God Almighty is the strength of Israel and will make them an immovable rock! They shall be saved from their enemies…for God is the Mighty Deliverer and He will not ignore the cries of His people!
To God be the Glory! 👑
