I was practicing a worship song on my guitar that has been in my heart all week. I began to sing the song “Yahweh will Manifest Himself.” As this happened, I began to literally see Yahweh manifest Himself through the power of sound. It first starts with the sound of my kids being kids, making noises, and talking loud upstairs…doing their own thing. As I began to worship the Lord, they heard the sound, stopped what they were doing, and began to come sing and worship with me one-by-one. God began to speak to me through the demonstration of my children. He was demonstrating how the sound of worship draws!

This is a prime example of the power of sound through our God-given horns. When we worship, it communicates in heaven and on earth. God hears and responds. Mankind hears and responds.

In heaven, our worship is inhaled by God as it ascends as a sweet-smelling fragrance to His nostrils drawing the attention of Our Savior. He then exhales His Presence on us, in us, and around us, which positively changes our person, our atmosphere, and the environment around us.

On earth, the fragrance of our worship of Jesus Christ automatically extends to those around us, drawing and catching the attention of those whose hearts are receptive and prepared, to come closer to God. This provides an opportunity for us to share the gift of Jesus, (that we have been freely given) with them too. This brings a positive change, causing them to let go of their old nature and their own ways, and receive the new nature by accepting Jesus, and thus, receiving salvation by connecting with Him as their God. So they too may worship Him, live a life submitted to Him, and draw others to worship Him as well.

I pray that your life of worship and love for Jesus Christ, will cause the Lord to surround you as He is enthroned in your worship. “You are enthroned as the Holy One; You are the one Israel praises” (Psa 22:3).

I also pray that your worship will cause others to be drawn to Jesus Christ as well. May your life of worship emit a sound and an aroma that continuously brings glory to Our Savior, Adonai. May evangelism be your portion during this time in a world that needs to be saved.

If you don’t know Jesus, I pray that you will get to know Him and accept the gift of salvation that He has to offer you. For the time shall soon come when He will return for His bride.

May you always release a sound from your horn and may the Lord always hear from heaven and respond! I also pray that you will be sensitive to the sound of the clarion call from the Horn of Salvation, that you will hear from earth, and respond to His call. Amen.
